Welcome to NTREE! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of NTREE’s websites, services, and applications (collectively, the “Service”). By using NTREE, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Overview

NTREE is a platform that enables users to create and share smart, context-aware landing pages — including QR code generation, link routing, and dynamic content adaptation based on time and platform.

The Service is operated by NTREE.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use NTREE. By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and any activity under your account.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and usage.

NTREE reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or use the platform in a harmful or unauthorized way.

All rights, titles, and interest in the NTREE platform (excluding user-generated content) are and remain the exclusive property of NTREE and its licensors.
You may not use, reproduce, or modify our branding, trademarks, or materials without prior written consent.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you create and publish through NTREE.
By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host and display your content for the purpose of providing the Service.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your content complies with applicable laws and regulations.

7. Termination

You may stop using NTREE at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you are violating these Terms, misusing the platform, or harming other users or the service infrastructure.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

NTREE is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee uptime, performance, or that the Service will be error-free or fit for any particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NTREE and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
